Eurocham's Board of Director is pleased to invite you to partake in EuroCham's 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place on Tuesday, September 20th at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra. Registration opens at 15:00 PM , and the AGM begins at 16:00 PM.

The activity and financial reports will be followed by the election of the new Board of Directors for the mandate of 2022/2024. Each candidates will be allocated a minute of presentation before the vote opens.

After the presentation, the result will be announced and celebrated during the special Networking and Charity Night. Canapés and Drinks will be served by Sofitel and our special event partner: Pernod Ricard Cambodge.

• Voting rights

Only Ordinary Members, who have paid their 2022 membership fees, will have voting rights and be able to stand for election. BritCham Members who have not applied for EuroCham Direct Membership are not entitled to vote.

• Proxies

If you are unable to attend the AGM, the attached the PROXY FORM ( available in the document session) should be filled and sent to the EuroCham by email to Ms. Dani Gill , Senior Events & Partnership officer: Project.officer1@eurocham-cambodia.org

Please note that ONLY Ordinary Members are eligible to be appointed as proxies.

Proxy forms must be submitted as soon as possible and in any case before the counting of the quorum at the AGM.
