Mrs. Sara Monti

H.E Ms. Chea Ratha

After living abroad for over 20+ years, she returned to Cambodia in 2016 and founded Khmum Technology Co., Ltd., a software development company, and Khmum eShop, which is an all-in-one eCommerce platform (eCommerce, Point of Sale System POS, Access to Loan) with an app-based, end-to-end marketplace that connects MSMEs, emphasizing women-led businesses, to consumers in Cambodia and beyond.

Currently, she is Under Secretary of State for the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovation in the Kingdom of Cambodia, overseeing the General Department of SMEs and Handicraft and the General Department of Science, Technology, and Innovation.

Ratha also volunteers her time with some organizations, such as:

Mrs. Sar Sinet

H.E. Mrs. Sovann Vannaroth

H.E. Mrs. SOVANN Vannaroth has a diverse background in both national and international laws and is member to​ number of inter-ministerial commissions, advisory committees and working groups on improving the working conditions and promoting harmonious industrial relation in Cambodia. ​
With a Master’s in Business Law from France, Vannaroth worked as a legal advisor in the private sector before joining the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training in 2014.

Mr. Aaron Goldman

Arron Goldman is the Technical Officer for ILO Better Factories Cambodia (BFC). Arron has been working with BFC since 2017 on various topics related to improving working conditions in the Cambodian Garment sector and in relation to gender topics, Arron supports BFC’s Gender Team to carry out their strategic goals with BFC staff, constituents and stakeholders, factories and brands and collaborates with various NGOs and CSOs.

Currently candidate of Doctorate Degree in University of Cambodia, completed her MBA degree in Business Administration, year 2009 and Bachelor’s degree on year 2008, both earned in USA.

Right now, she is serving CWEA for two mandates as a volunteer board to support the women entrepreneurs and the governance of the Association.

As a CEO of Campure Co. Ltd., a chief executive officer, the highest-ranking person in a company and ultimately responsible for making managerial decisions, responsible for expanding the company, driving profitability, manage the overall operations of the company.

Mr. Antoine Fontaine

Antoine is one of the founding partners of Bun & Associates. He is the Practice Leader of the Labor, Insurance, Tax and Healthcare practice groups. Antoine has worked in Cambodia for over two decades. He is appointed Avocat-Conseil of the French Embassy in Cambodia, and is a former Chairman of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Cambodia and of the French Foreign Trade Advisers Cambodian Committee. He advises multinational companies, factories, International Organizations, Embassies, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training. Antoine is admitted to the Paris Bar and is fluent in French and English and conversant in Khmer. Antoine has been consistently ranked as a leading lawyer in Cambodia by IFLR 1000, Asialaw, Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.​
