ARISE+ Cambodia* and EuroCham have been proud to launch a 10-event series on the topic of "Export Information for SMEs" over 2021 and 2022. Roughly once per quarter, ARISE+ Cambodia* and EuroCham will host an event that shares topics of relevance to Cambodia's SMEs and exporting companies. The primary objective is to raise awareness of issues and offer tips that can support Cambodian companies improve their business and export performance, and to break down the opportunities & challenges SMEs may face when beginning to export.
Event 7: a presentation series on "Export Opportunities to Europe" aims to familiarise companies throughout Cambodia with opportunities in the European market for various products and industries. It will provide the basic requirements and certifications needed to tap this important market. Moreover, EuroCham will officially launch its 6 Export Guides, which aim to raise awareness regarding opportunities in the European market for Cambodian products, as well as guide exporters on the basic steps they need to take to get their products on the market.
We'll hear from an EU Delegation Trade Official on the most traded goods and services between Cambodia and Europe, as well as on the Cambodian products offering the best opportunities for growth. We'll learn from a leading certification expert, who will precise the right certifications and their requirements needed to get items on the European market. We'll also get inspired by Cambodian SMEs that have succeeded in exporting to Europe and who willshare their stories. Then, a panel discussion/Q&A will take place and participants will be able to share their interrogations.
And if you needed an extra reason to join us, participants, speakers and organisers will all meet up for a networking session on Tribe's terrace, where drinks and delicious canapés will be provided!
