Job Description

  1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

  2. Provide counseling on policies and procedures to staff and ensure that they well understood and perform based on internal regulations.

  3. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting job ads and managing the hiring process

  4. Assist in performance management processes

  5. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues & ensure that all of them are in well uniform based on division and positions per standard set

  6. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

  7. Screening potential candidates on experience, skills, and education & contacting applicant’s references with a proper database record

  8. Preparing monthly staff attendance reports & OT calculation

  9. Overseeing employee health and safety procedures & Performing administrative tasks

  10. Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs and work closely with each department heard

  11. Updating job requirements when needed & Representing employer in community and recruiting events

  12. Performing criminal background checks if any

  13. In hand to Store Manager and/or Sales Manager in rostering set up, enter and update staff profile into HRM System, keep and track leave record and attendance if any

  14. Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns

  15. Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed

  16.  Creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, and other records into its databases

  17. Monitoring and controlling of all circulars, regulations and announcements received from authority and government

  18. Updating office policies and procedures & ensure that all employees are in align with the company culture

  19. Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  1. Males/Female with Bachelor Degree in human resource, or other related field

  2. At least 02 years of experiences in HR & Admin area

  3. Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects at time

  4. Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and be proactive

  5. Creativity, good interpersonal skills with ability to work with various levels of staff

  6. Good personality, strong leadership skills, good decision making and problem solving skills

  7. Good problem solving skill
