EuroCham Cambodia
EuroCham Cambodia was created in 2011 by the existing French, German and British business associations to act as the official chamber of the European business community in the Kingdom. Since then, it has grown to over 330+ members and 6 national chapters, comprising 11 European countries. EuroCham Cambodia's core activities are to promote, support and represent its members and European business interests in dialogue with the Royal Government of Cambodia, with the aim of developing a more efficient and fertile business and investment environment.

Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF) is established as a government trust fund mandated under Prakas No 136 SHV/BrK, on February 06th 2019, of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. It is a government funded program articulated in the Royal Government of Cambodia’s Rectangular Strategy IV. Khmer Enterprise (KE) is established as an implementation unit of Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF) to implement the support programs and directly work with partners and beneficiaries. It aims to mobilize, invest and manage resources, from all legitimate sources, to support the development of a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem and to provide financial and non-financial supports to related entrepreneurial ecosystem builders. They are entrepreneurs, innovative startups, potential SMEs and partner institutions who participate in promoting entrepreneurial activities driving innovation and value-added creation in Cambodia’s economy.
