Financing MoU for BRED bank Cambodia and Century 21

US-based real estate firm Century 21’s Cambodian division yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with BRED Bank Cambodia, appointing the bank as its finance partner for properties promoted exclusively by the  Century 21 Cambodia Network.

The MoU was signed by Century 21 Cambodia Chief Operations Officer Seraj Sutton and BRED Bank Cambodia Chief Executive Officer Guillaume Perdon.

Sutton said he is delighted with the partnership. In 2017, BRED Bank became the first European bank to operate in Cambodia.

“I believe this collaboration will play a strong role in creating better opportunities for customers and investors while enabling more Cambodian people to buy their dream properties,” he said.

“Our customers won’t just enjoy their home ownership, they’ll also benefit from the competitive and flexible financing provided by BRED Bank Cambodia.”

Perdon said that BRED Bank Cambodia has made a strong commitment to support the Cambodian  property market. “Not only do we offer the highest international banking standards, we’re confident that our home loans represent the best value in the Kingdom. We look forward to a long and exciting partnership with Century 21.”

Century 21 Cambodia is the exclusive sales agent for many of the finest development projects in Cambodia including the Forest Harmony, Golf Harmony, Residence Harmony, Lagoon Harmony and Living Harmony projects as well as the European Design Luxury Holiday Villas and Condominiums project being developed at Prey Thnang commune of Teuk Chhou district, 18 kilometres from Kampot city.

In October last year, Forest Harmony Co Ltd announced the soft launch of “Golf Harmony”, the second phase of its successful Forest Harmony development.
